Training Options

  • Train at either of our studios (Crowle or Studley).
  • Gym-based training (to be agreed with your gym prior to 1st session).
  • Outdoors training (Parks in Droitwich, Worcester and Birmingham currently used – contact for more info!)
  • Train at home – let us know your address and we will provide a quote within 24 hours.
  • Group Training – train with a friend (or a few friends!)
  • Youth Training – Jack has vast experience teaching, training and coaching in schools in both the UK and abroad and also provides private youth coaching in studio.
  • Choose your time and frequency – packages available for short and long sessions. Block bookings available, with bigger discount packages for more frequent trainers.
  • Choose what you enjoy – enjoy HIIT training? Boxing? Suspension training (TRX)? Aerobics? We have a massive collection of kit to suit all needs.
