Nutrition Plans
Custom nutrition plans - Balance your macro and micro nutrients to achieve AND MAINTAIN your desired health and/or fitness goals. Too many people are sold un-sustainable, boring & faddy diet plans. If your nutrition goals are of elite athlete/international level we have a referral service available.

Marathon Personal Training Plan

Training Rates:

Single 1 hour session: £35
Block of 10 x 1 hour: £300
5 x 30-minute starter sessions: £120
Small Group 1 hour: £40-45
 

Training Times:

Available upon request 6am – 8pm, some weekends available.
 

Training Structure:

Warm-up, bespoke but vat varied work-out depending on needs, cool down & stretch.

Training Setup:

– Attend first session consultation.
– Take any measures if wanted/required.
– Begin initial training session / assessment.
– Discuss + receive custom training plan.
– Decide on how often you would like to come whether once a month or 3/week – all flexible!
