I had a 30-minute physiotherapy session with Josh for my back pain, and he was fantastic! Within just half an hour, he identified the main root of my pain, provided effective hands-on treatment, and gave me clear, actionable exercises to do at home. I walked out feeling significantly looser and equipped with a real path to recovery. Highly recommend Josh to anyone dealing with back issues!

Josh was brilliant. I went to see him unsure whether I’d be able to run my half marathon just a week later after a grade 2 soleus strain. I’m now heading into Sunday’s race with a calf that feels so much better and ready to tackle it!
Josh was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable and kind. His treatment and exercises really helped, but so did our conversations. He gave me lots of food for thought around how I train, particularly plyometrics, strength and running for longevity.
Here is to years more of running. Highly recommend Josh, and I’d definitely rebook!

Jack is a very knowledgeable physiotherapist and a genuinely nice person to deal with. Within the first session for my knee issue, he refined his advice in real time as we talked through my history, tested my movements, and built trust in the proposed exercises. I left with a tailored plan. He has previously helped me to fix a shoulder injury. Highly recommended.

Josh has been excellent. His physio work is very thorough and tailored to my exact goals which gave me huge confidence when recovering and returning to training. I leave his sessions happy knowing what I'm working on and that things are heading in the right direction. His sports massages have also really helped with my recovery as well as relieve the tension I hold in my upper body from work so I can keep moving well and training regularly. My go to physio for sure!

Had been seeing Jack for around 3 months with a minor knee injury. He identified the problem in the first session and had given me specific exercises in order to strengthen the muscles around my knees. I’d never taken legs seriously in terms of training but knowing that I had the right exercises with the right technique and targeting the right muscles gave me more purpose which motivated me to stay disciplined and focused during my training. This wouldn’t be possible without Jack. His in-depth knowledge, dedication and commitment is what makes him brilliant at what he does. It helps that he’s a top bloke as well! Thank you Jack 👍

Came to Energise and Josh because I was struggling with pain and soreness in my shoulders. He's been absolutely awesome! Really took the time to make sure what we were doing was comfortable but also doable for me. I've seen great improvement in my shoulders, and as a result my mood 😂, since coming to Energise!

I’ve had an initial assessment and follow up with Jack so far and I’m really impressed. Jack was very thorough through the assessment and explained about how I need to build the strength in my leg to hopefully help my knee pain from an injury. I was given some exercises to start and after my follow up he’s happy with how I am doing and has increased these but takes on board my feedback if something hasn’t felt right. Jack’s knowledge of knee injuries is so beneficial and the main reason I picked to come to him as I wanted someone who would understand (unfortunately through personal experience) what I’m going through. So far so good and I’m feeling hopeful and positive.

I'm 53 and have always been involved in fitness and various contact sports. Suffice to say I have visited my fair share of Physios, and Jack is the best.
His technical knowledge is excellent; but his passion and infectious positive attitude make him stand out. Jack also posses the enviable attribute to which all medical practitioners should aspire - he make's every patient feel like they're his only patient!

I was suffering from a historical achilles tendon issue that flared up again and was affecting how I walked. Pippa at Energize was knowledgeable, friendly and gave good advice, especially the importance of patience! She really helped me on the road to recovery and I’m back on the treadmill again. I’d definitely recommend Energize as a good physiotherapists.

I’ve been receiving physio from Jack at Energise Therapy now for over a year for different issues. Jack always listens to my concerns and issues and works with me to find exercises to help remedy my problems. Jack not only helps during the sessions but also is happy for me to contact him inbetween sessions with updates on my progress or for other advice on areas I’m struggling with. I’d certainly recommend Energise Therapy to friends and family for any issues they have in the future.

Having experienced back trauma in 2012, and then back surgery in 2017 - I’ve been on a mission to find some form of therapy that is beneficial in reducing my general pain and improve my physical condition.
Therapies experienced previously have consisted of chiropractors, osteopaths, muscle manipulation and trigger point, acupuncture, cupping etc… most of which (not all!), create some short term relief but don’t address the underlining issue to the cause of my pain.
What is great about Jack is that I can see him thinking each session on how to address the current problem whether that’s tension relief through massaging or by assigning certain exercises (with demo) that will help correct the issue. Each session is tailored to my needs whether part of a short or longer term plan.

I would recommend Energize Therapy 100 percent. Jack has helped me over the past few months with a back problem that I thought I could perhaps manage myself and I am so glad that I made the call to Energize. My back pain has gone and Jack has given me exercises to move forward with to help to prevent the issue returning. Jack is a very professional and informative physiotherapist and above all is a really nice person. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and would without doubt return in the future if I felt the need to do so. 5 star service.

Jack helped me get back on the golf course after a pretty serious shoulder impingement issue. Also ended up helping me with long standing knee, hip and elbow tendonitis issues. His knowledge and enthusiasm for helping people is really top notch. Highly recommend.

I came to Jack with shin splints whilst training for the London marathon and he has been an amazing help. Without Jack, I doubt I’d be able to be running it. He has given me the exercises I need to strengthen the areas of weakness and made me feel instantly at ease with his guidance and support.
