Jack is a highly experienced Sports & Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, with a strong background in both elite sport and clinical rehabilitation. He holds a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy, is a Chartered Member of the CSP (MCSP), and is registered with the HCPC.
Jack has worked across professional Premiership rugby and football, giving him extensive experience in managing complex injuries, high-performance demands, and return-to-play decision making. This elite-level insight now underpins his work with everyday active individuals, from recreational runners to gym-goers, office workers, and older adults.
His clinical interests include:
- Muscle and joint rehabilitation
- Post-operative recovery
- Sports injuries and performance-based rehab
- Running injuries specialist
- Deep tissue and sports massage
- Strength & conditioning for injury prevention
Jack is known for a thorough, evidence-based approach, combining hands-on treatment with clear education and progressive rehabilitation. He believes that understanding why pain or injury has occurred is just as important as treating the symptoms — empowering patients to move confidently and reduce the risk of recurrence.
With experience working across all age groups, including children, older adults, neurological rehabilitation patients, and those undergoing cancer rehabilitation, Jack tailors every programme to the individual, not the diagnosis.
Outside the clinic, Jack remains passionate about all things sport, travel and food (cliche Physiotherapist?!). He remains active in fundraising with his running endeavours, having raised over £5000 through Energize charity events for The Stroke Association, Cancer care charities, and Birmingham Children’s Hospice.
